Ventilation & Extraction

Frosten supplies commercial kitchen extract canopies, filtered fresh-air make-up systems, industrial fume extraction, washroom extract and basement car-park ventilation. These systems remove grease, smoke, heat, fumes or vehicle exhaust while maintaining the pressure and air-change requirements of the space.

The design starts with the process and building use, then carries through to custom-fabricated ductwork, acoustic treatment, volume-control dampers and fire dampers where ducts cross fire-rated walls. Maintenance protects the performance of HVAC, refrigeration and ventilation equipment after installation. Frosten's planned preventive maintenance work includes filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant pressure checks, electrical inspection, drainage checks and service reporting, with priorities adjusted for the equipment and operating environment.
